Officially launched on 15 October 2022, on the anniversary of the Tournons La Page movement, TLP-Europe is coordinated by the French association Agir ensemble pour les droits humains, with Survie, CCFD-Terre Solidaire and CRID as supporting organisations. 

TLP-Europe works with African coallitions on the ground to produce expertise and supports their actions in lobbying French and European governments to support democracy in Africa. Its members are :
