A member of the movement of committed artists in Togo, himself a member of TLP-Togo, Prince FADEL has been arrested and remanded in custody in the ‘Tigre Révolution’ case on 25 November 2019. Involved since the advent of the movement in 2017, his songs were played at demonstrations where he went as far as the villages and towns of the country. After releasing a new song entitled Faure doit partir (‘Too much is too much’), he was arrested and taken to his home for a general investigation, where nothing was found.

Before his release, his state of health was deemed concerning.
