Endowed with an organized and efficient personality, Nacera has always been drawn to roles requiring rigor and precision. Her ability to structure and optimize processes led her to pursue a career in finance and auditing. After earning a bachelor's degree in management sciences with a specialization in finance, she joined SARL ALDIE in Algeria, starting in the A&F department before becoming its manager—a position she held for six years. Always seeking new opportunities to learn and apply her skills, she moved to France, obtained a master's degree in management control and organizational auditing, and then joined Secours Catholique as an internal auditor. There, she deepened her expertise and refined her working methods, allowing her to advance within the organization. In May 2023, she joined TLP as Administrative and Financial Manager, where she oversees general and analytical accounting, budget monitoring, management control, and supports coalitions in developing and strengthening their administrative and financial capacities.
